Can I Exclude a post type?

    Hello, I manage a real estate portal and I am interested in the functionality of your Activity Log Pro plugin which seems the best suited to our requirements. Hundreds of real estate properties are automatically posted to our portal every day and I want to exclude these from the activity log. How can I exclude this property post type?

    Hi Julia,
    Thanks for your interest! Currently, the plugin doesn’t have a built-in option to exclude specific post types from being logged. But this is an nice feature idea!

    However, the plugin has some advanced filtering and exclusions in the settings. It’s used to exclude objects from the logging. If you can show me an example of your logs your want to exclude, I can show you what to exclude. If it contains sensitive data, contact me on https://activitylog.pro/contact/

    Hi Darren,

    Thanks for replying and for liking the potential development request, happy to help! I tried to add a screenshot here of the objects arriving in their hundreds on our live site via our property feeds which we would like to exclude but this doesn’t add via admin. I then tried the contact link you gave me but this requires an order number or license key which, as yet I do not have. Any help to do this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your details Julia, I’ll look into this as a future development option to add a way to exclude any registered Custom Post Types from logs. (I don’t have a time frame just yet, as I have other planned features also).
