How Do I Design a Full Fledged Webisite?

    Ok I have tried to download WordPress (couldn’t do what I want), and Mambo (coundn’t do what I want). I love both of them but I have no expirience with coding or web design at all. I am trying to have 1 home page with content, a tab menu for blogging, a tab menu for forums, a tab menu for review of products page, and a contact form. Later on maybe put some advertisements but for now I can’t seem to figure out how do the basics. I’m even considering hiring somone to develope what I want. The first question I should ask is “Could all of this be done with WordPress”. I’m trying to make it look like the menus at the top of this forum ( Home, About, Blog, Forum, Review, Contact, etc…). Please Help! Thank you.

    Yes – this is all achievable via WordPress.

    I have a blog, separate pages (About, member profiles, etc…any of which could be my home page if I wanted), forum, eshop, contact form, upload form, etc all on my single WP install….. It’s a matter of getting familiar with the software, plugins, etc……
