The problem is not resolved!
I wrote that the problem is NOT resolved but somehow you didn’t get my response.
I was waiting for the response from your side, and you didn’t respond to my message sent as a reply to the email I received.
Meanwhile, there was an update published, but the bug persisted.
Maybe it was miscommunication somehow. Should I now open a new ticket or can we continue?
