    Hi,

I’m experiencing a conflict when using Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite with Elementor Pro.
When I try to edit my Footer template (Theme Builder → Footer) in Elementor, I get:

“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page.
You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”

    Troubleshooting done:

    • Deactivated all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro → the issue disappeared.
    • Reactivated plugins one by one → the problem returned only after activating Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite.

Could you please investigate this conflict?

    Environment:

    • WordPress: 6.8.3
    • Elementor: 3.32.3
    • Elementor Pro: 3.32.2
    • Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite: 2.5.2
    • Theme: Hello Elementor 3.4.4
    • PHP: 8.2
    • Server: Apache

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Activate Elementor + Elementor Pro + Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite.
    2) Go to Templates → Theme Builder → Footer → Edit with Elementor.
    3) The above error appears and the Footer cannot be edited.

Thanks in advance for your support!

    Hi @simsim1986,

Thank you for sharing all the details, I understand how frustrating this must be when trying to edit your footer template.

I’ve tried replicating the issue on my end with the same versions of Elementor, Elementor Pro, UAE Lite, and Hello Elementor theme, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the error. Sometimes, caching or specific site configurations can cause these kinds of conflicts.

Could you please try the following steps:

    1. Purge all caches (browser, plugin, and server-level) and check again.
    2. If the issue persists, enable WordPress debugging and share the relevant log entries.
    3. Additionally, a screencast showing the error in action will help us understand exactly what’s happening on your setup.

You can share the logs and screencast via our support portal here so our team can investigate further:

Once we have these details, we’ll be able to look deeper into the conflict and provide a solution.

    Best regards,
