Minimum PHP requirement

    It’s not strictly required for the plugin to run on PHP 8.2. However, since that’s the minimum version recommended by the latest WordPress releases, we suggest using it if possible.

    I assume you’re running an older PHP version—go ahead and test the plugin on your setup, and please let me know if you run into any issues.

    Same issue here – unable to update due to PHP version. (I’ve never seen this with any plugin before).

    There is a new version of Leira Letter Avatar available, but it does not work with your version of PHP.
