Sub-menu on mobile issue

Hello Everyone! Seems there is an issue with Main menu navigation, on Mobile device so lets say when I have to click on Hamburger to open it, and when there is some Sub-menu inside it.

1. If I try to open a sub-menu page using desktop browser with phone emulator, updated Firefox and iPhone emulated, then I always have to click / tap twice to open the page. I’m always speaking about sub-menu links.
2. If I try to use it on real mobile phone then I always have to click twice, but on the first tap the sub-menu link’s background color changes, then on the second tap it open the page but not the connected one instead completely another one.
