Popup not appering when logged out

    Hi there….when logged into WP the popup works fine and the cookie is set when we close the popup.

    but when we logout and view on the frontend the popup will not appear and no cookie set.

    Can you help?

    @stephenm – 99.999% of the time this is a caching issue. Simply put your site uses page caching, updating your popups requires purging the page caches or they still get the old version until it expires.
