Help! Malicious Javascript code being injected in database

    Hi,

    I’m using the latest version of WP and have changed the Table prefix. I’ve also password protected the wp-admin directory. I’m regularly changing the FTP password. I have a very reliable hosting and have a Virtual Dedicated hosting account. But I’m facing a serious issue of malicious Javascript code being injected in the database almost every alternate days.

    Please help and advice.
