help with Flash Photo Gallery plugin

    i installed this plugin in my site http://www.shugonc.com – but:
    1. the gallery isn’t showing at the top pf the page -why? and how to fix this
    2. i wanted to know if there is a way to move this gallery to one side in order to have content on the other side. if there is a way please be descriptive.
