My 1st automation – not good for my triggers

I had to revise my review sadly, the plugin is not updated with the theme ( i checked if it’s supported before i bought and i fount the theme in the supported ones ) i am using as they use very old version. I explained with screenshots as they asked me the issues, after i did video also and last i also arranged and shared my screen with anydesk, nothing to solve the issues. Seems to me there is lack to pass information from support team to developer, or like it’s one man show. This i repeat is my sence after having many weeks of usage of their product. Anyway i hope they will catch up with the changes around. Since it seems they want to provide support since they respond on tickets, emails etc without result but i hope this will change.
