Emails missing from log

    Hello!

    I have a tool that check emails from woo vs emails in log, to make sure emails are sent.

    We are missing mails in wp logging. I can confirm since cpanel mail logs show the missing emails as sent.

    What can we do here? I need to be able to trust wp mail logging since I use your logs to match for orders and will need to change it out if it cannot reliably do so.

    Hello @prokops,

    We tried to replicate your issue but I’m able to see the email logs (see screenshot here). I have a couple of inquiries and suggestions so we can help you better.

    1. How are you sending the emails? For example, when someone ordered on a WooCommerce shop, WooCommerce sends the order emails. If you are using a 3rd party plugin that sends emails or you are using your own code, please make sure they are using wp_mail() to send the email.
    2. Please try to change to a default theme and de-activate other plugins. Its possible that this issue is due to a conflict with another plugin.
