It still can view okay, but cannot edit.
I only edited the functions.php file (added a similar variable next to the 2 existing variables) and a php file in template-parts/shortcodes

  • Hi @quynhanhneee

I hope you are doing well today.

Please note that each time you update a theme or plugin, there is a possibility of a new conflict. In the first place, I recommend a conflict test. Please deactivate all plugins and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme from 2019 and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend a full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

Did you checked already what will happen if you will remove the code you have added to functions.php file? Also, can you check if code is valid and isf there is no typo, or missing tags (curly braces for example).

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hello @quynhanhneee.

Have you received the email with instructions? Could you paste its content here?

If you remove the changes you made, does the problem get fixed?

    Regards,
    Delia.

    Hi @danielcart , @soydelia , @wpmudevsupport13
Today the problem has been solved itself. I didn’t do anything but it is working good now.

    Thanks all!
