I agree with @threadi, if your site were self-hosted, your hosting provider would give you the DNS records.

I checked your domain via a public WHOIS lookup, and your nameservers were pointing to WordPress.com, so it looks like the site is hosted there. Since your domain is now at Squarespace, you’ll need to update the DNS settings from their end. This guide walks you through the steps:

Please note that, it can take between 48 to 72 hours for the DNS to propagate across web.
