Download CSV” button not showing

    My client bought the Jobs Applications add on so I don’t have a login for the account. He wants to exprt all job appliations in csv format. I looked at the help file and it says:

    When viewing all applications for a job listing in the Job Dashboard, there is a “Download CSV” button at the top of the page that allows you to download all application data for that job listing in CSV format.

    But when I log in that button does not show, can you advise?
