  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting? If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

Ok, Esmi, I found the problem, I had changed the permalink structure to show the day and name, but when I changed it back to the default, my comments box showed up…..do I just leave it at the default?, My other question is, why did changing the permalink eliminate my comments from being seen?…Thank you so much for your help…I do appreciate you for answering so quickly.

You should be able to set the custom permalink structure back up again. It’s not uncommon for the .htaccess file to become corrupted. This should set it back up again.

I am getting the same message. I have deactivated all plug ins, still getting this page not found message 🙁 I haven’t changed any permalinks. Oh, I haven’t changed the theme. Guess I’ll go do that 🙁

Shoot, I am using the twenty ten theme 🙁 I’m clueless and frustrated.

    I fixed it! Woohoo 🙂
