I have been trying to make my website more accessible but I’m having two issues with a User Feedback survey popup. I’m using the free version.

Issue 1 – Heading Elements are not in sequential order, lighthouse is telling me that the question has a heading element of H6. Is there a way to change this?

Issue 2 – The Skip & Next buttons do not have sufficient color contrast ratio. Is there a way to change this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @klionbpl,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry for the delay here.

I’ve gone ahead and reported these issues to our developers to resolve. I’m not able to say exactly when the fix for this will be released, but we appreciate you for bringing this to our attention.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to change the heading element currently, and there isn’t a way to edit the button colors in our free version.

In case it helps, our Branding addon as part of our paid version, does provide more widget customization (on top of our paid version adding other super handy features). We’re unable to share details about paid version features here (WordPress.org policy), but you’re welcome to reach out at http://userfeedback.com/contact/ and we’d be happy to share more about this.

I’m sorry we don’t have a way to do what you’re looking for in our free version, but I hope these details are helpful.

Let me If you have any further questions, or if there’s anything else we can help with.

    Thank you.
