Hi,

This maybe asked previously but I couldn’t find in the support forum.

I have 5 forms and they are working great. I have issue on submissions tab in the backend, I can’t see the all of submissions, there is always preselected form in submissions tab, when I revisit submission page or refresh, the URL still comes with preselected form &form_type=forminator_forms&form_id=664 / . I tried to switch form and revisit the page but then it comes with the new selected form.

Is this usual behaviour or I am doing something wrong? How can unselect the form and set to see all submissions, I can then filter and export details as per my need.

Hi @vishwajeetyadavpatil,

Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

What you have observed is the default behavior. By default, the system displays the submissions from the most recently opened form. If you want to view submissions from a different form, you need to switch the form by selecting it from the dropdown field under Forminator >> Submissions.

Forminator does not offer an option to see the submissions from all the forms at once.

Thanks for the response. It would be great to have a section where we can see all submissions.

I am facing another issue in country dropdown, in popup it does not scroll dropdown and let me type country for search. You can check here https://asicolubes.com/product-category/automotive/veloce/ (click on know more below product or bottom right contact)

You may use Forminator API to get more data in a single place: https://wpmudev.com/docs/api-plugin-development/forminator-api-docs/#method-get_entries it would require creating your custom logic though.

About the phone field, I checked your modal and I see you are using Bootstrap modal.

I tested it on my lab site but by default Bootstrap modal should not scroll with body

For your website the problem is that the scroll is happening on body even if I set the overflow hidden.

Could you review your code to ensure the scroll won’t happen if modal is open?
