Hello @twodegrees
To identify the source of spam submissions and stop them, we need to gather additional information. Could you please do the following? After receiving a new spam request, please create a ticket here and send us all the requested information.
1. Please install and activate our Debug plugin as usual: https://github.com/CleanTalk/cleantalk-debug/archive/refs/tags/2.1.zip
This plugin will log a lot of things going on in the backend of the site. Do not remove the Anti-Spam plugin. They need both.
When you get new spam messages, please do the following: Go to WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → click Export skipped requests → save .csv file and send it to us.
2. Please enable this option: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → Log excluded requests.
How do I send you the CSV file?
You can attach it to the ticket you created. Find the gray area under the comment field in our ticket system that says “Drop files here or click to upload” and click on it.
I see that the private ticket #50048 is resolved now, so I’m marking this topic as “resolved” too.
The solution was to block unwanted IPs and networks.
If you have any further questions, you can start a new topic anytime.
