Hello, We’re running 3 separate WooCommerce stores, one for Bosnia and Hercegovina one for Montenegro, and one for Croatia. We’re thinking of moving our email marketing over to Omnisend. Is it possible to connect and manage all three stores under a single Omnisend account?

    Hi @lejlaba,

Thanks for opening this topic — managing multiple stores efficiently is important, and we are glad to confirm how this works with Omnisend.

Omnisend is fully compatible with WordPress Multisite installations (plugin version 1.16.0 and above).

You can connect and manage multiple WooCommerce stores under a single multisite setup — no need to install Omnisend separately on each site manually.

This works whether your multisite is configured by a sub-domain (e.g., store1.example.com) or sub-directory (e.g., example.com/store1). It’s an ideal setup for agencies or multi-brand sellers looking for centralized management and streamlined integration.

If you’re considering the move, this approach will save you time and keep all your email marketing efforts under one account. Should you need assistance with the migration or setup, our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
