    Hi,

    i have a problem with upload a UserProfilePic in our “Mitglieder”-Section.

    Upload works fine, Permissions are right and the uploaded pic is in the right Directory. The generation of 4 Versions from that Pic (diffrent Resolutions) works also.

    But, it dosent show on the Profilepage. Only a white placeholder.

    I Try diffrent browsers, clear cache, check permissen, do the plugin-conflict-test, change theme to twenty-twentyfive, nothing solve the problem.

    I use the Free Astra Theme and i have no Caching Plugin.

    I also test withe al my plugins deactivated, no effect.

    Upload a Titlepic works fine.

    What can i do to solve the problem.

    Greetings from Germany

    Torsten

    Have you tried to replace your Astra Theme with a default WP theme
    like “Twenty Twenty-Four” ?

    (@megafoxy)

    Yes, dosen’t work with “Twenty Twenty-Four” or with “Twenty Twenty-Five” or “Twenty Twenty-Three” on diffrent Browsers. I also try diffrent jpg Pictures.

    Do you have a Web hosting Firewall/Security application active like “Mod Security”?

    I have disable that option at my Webspace. Ther are no Errors in the logs.

    The Settings have no effect. Test on diffrent Browsers, always clear the cache.

    Settings for Titelpicture and Titelpicture itself, works well.

    Try to change the “Profile Permalink Base” to “User ID” at
    UM Settings -> General -> Users

    (@megafoxy)

    Change done. Dont work.

    Other Seetings (First name.. with “dot”) (unique Hash…) (User-Id) (Username) dont work also.

    Ther are no Errors in the logs.

    Try to enable PHP error logging and make a profile photo upload.

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

    You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file:
    .../wp-content/debug.log

    Post the content of this file here in the Forum.
    You can remove any parts of text with your domain info.

    For best formatting use the Forum’s CODE format.

    I enable Logging in the wp-config.php how the instructions from that side tell me.

    Load some ProfilePic up and so on….

    Ther is no debug.log in /wp-content ?

    i dont know if it helps: Chrome Console tells following:

    Incorrect use of <label for=FORM_ELEMENT>

    The label’s <code class=” “>for attribute doesn’t match any element <code class=” “>id. This might prevent the browser from correctly autofilling the form and accessibility tools from working correctly.

    To fix this issue, make sure the label’s <code class=” “>for attribute references the correct <code class=” “>id of a form field.

    Other Messages in the console:

    jquery-migrate.js?ver=3.4.1:136 JQMIGRATE: jQuery.isArray is deprecated; use Array.isArray
    jquery-migrate.js?ver=3.4.1:136 JQMIGRATE: jQuery.fn.bind() is deprecated

    I dont know is this related to my problem?

    There are no PHP coding errors if there is no file debug.log or it’s empty.

    Look in the DB with phpMyAdmin if you have anything in the usermeta table
    for user_id = 2 and meta_key = profile_photo

    None of these Console messages are errors with background in red color.

    (@megafoxy)

    in Table usermeta

    user_id =2, meta_key= profile_photo, meta_value=profile_photo.jpg

    and

    user_id =3, meta_key= profile_photo, meta_value=profile_photo.jpg (its for an other user)
