SO GOOD & BEST SUPPORT TEAM EVER

We are a high volume shipper – using a 3rd party to handle all our label creation. Problem is sending tracking to customers – emails would be sent from the shipping platform and often get caught in spam filter. We needed a better way to ensure high deliverability. The AST Plugin has been a god send. Very nice customization to include shipment tracking number (and link) in the emails for multiple carroiers (we use Amazon logistics, USPS, UPS and Fedex). Set up was super quick and easy, had a couple questions for the support team and they have been incredible. Highly knowledgeable, very fast and a resolution to my question in a single email reply. Everything about the experience with the plugin and support team has been flawless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

1 feature i would strongly suggest would be the ability to add shipment tracking updates via email notification. Currently they suggest to use TrackShip. For anyone doing any sort of volume, TrackShip is very expensive (>$1000/year). Would love to have Zorem build some basic functionality in (ex. just send a shipment delivered email).
