Hi there.

I’m just wondering if there’s a way to decrease the opacity of the lightbox background, so that the page behind it is less visible?

Mike.

Hi @mikehindle

Glad you reached out!

There is no built-in option to change the opacity of the lightbox background, but you can achieve this by adding custom CSS:

https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-do-i-add-custom-css/

Here’s the CSS:
```
.goverlay {
   opacity: .4;
}
```
Just change the value to your liking.

I hope this helps, and let us know if we can assist you further.
