    Hi,

My previous comment on the support forum seems to have been deleted, so I’m reaching out here.

I’ve activated GPay on my site, as requested, so you can review it directly. The Merchant ID is set correctly in the plugin, and my domain matches exactly in both the Google Pay API and Stripe settings (secrethashtagsclub.com, without www). I’ve already double-checked everything you suggested.

The Google Pay button still returns an error (“Something went wrong / This merchant is having trouble accepting your payment at the moment. Try using a different payment method. [OR_BIBED_11]”).

I need to start running ads to this page but I’m losing money every day this isn’t resolved. Please have a look and let me know what else I can try, or if there’s something misconfigured on your end.

    Thank you,
    Sarah

    Hi @roizmansarah

Thanks for contacting us. The error you’re seeing traces back to an incomplete/incorrect registration. Here is an exert directly from Google’s documentation:

OR_BIBED_11 This merchant has not completed registration to use Google Pay API. Please go to console (https://pay.google.com/business/console) to verify.
You haven't completed the process to register your app for the Google Pay API. Review Request production access for more information.

Can you provide a screenshot of the domain entry within your Google Pay Console? You may need to change it to www. Typically the resolution for this error is to either add “www” or remove “www” depending on what’s currently entered.

or if there’s something misconfigured on your end.

This is not caused by a bug in the plugin, it’s directly tied to the registration. You could always use the Payment Request Gateway, which has a GPay integration that doesn’t require approval from Google.

    Kind Regards
