Showing the price of product is on product and shop page without tax. I have selected option “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” and also I have checked that “show price inclusive of tax” so it should display tax included price on shop and products detail page. but still it showing price without tax.
Please advice.

Thank you for reaching out. Just to confirm I understand correctly — you’ve selected “I will enter prices inclusive of tax” and also set prices to display inclusive of tax. If that’s the case, then the price you enter for a product should be the same price shown on the product and shop pages.
Are you saying that the price you entered while creating the product is not what’s being displayed on the front end?
Can you share a screenshot of the price you’ve entered in comparison to what you see on the product/shop page?

To assist you further, could you please share the settings for your 18% GST tax class? I’d like to review the tax values you’ve configured under that class.
Also, please provide the URL of the product for which you’ve set the price as ₹11,999, but it’s showing as ₹10,168.64.
Additionally, could you confirm whether this was working correctly before? Or has it not worked from the beginning, since you set up the tax?

I think it is not coneected with the tax settings. because at any setting total(product price + tax) should be same as product price and it should display at shop and product page.

Thanks for getting back and for providing the requested details. I’ve reviewed your site and noticed the product page is built using Elementor along with Pro Elements. This combination has been known to occasionally conflict with core WooCommerce pages.
Before we proceed with troubleshooting, could you confirm when this issue began? Was everything working properly before it started, and was there any recent change like a redesign, plugin installation, or other modification? Or is this a new site where the issue has existed from the beginning?
This is right, the product page is built using Elementor along with Pro Elements. I have purchased this theme, and everything was working perfectly until I added tax. All the plugins and the theme were installed on the website from the beginning.
Thank you for the clarification and for getting back to us. I’ve tried replicating your tax settings on my test site, and in my case, the product correctly displays the entered price when it’s set to include tax. This suggests that the issue is specific to your site’s setup.
From the screenshot you shared of your Standard tax rates, I noticed that you’ve set the priority for the first GJ entry as 1 and the second as 2, which is correct. However, for each of the other states listed, the priority should be set to 1 instead of 3.
Also, as @shahzeenfarooq mentioned earlier, could you please share a screenshot of the 18% GST tax class you’ve defined? You’ve shared the Standard tax rates, but since your product is assigned to the 18% GST class, we’ll need to see that specific configuration.
Lastly, can you confirm whether this issue is happening only for the product you shared earlier or for all products on your site?
Once we have that information, we can guide you on correctly setting up your taxes or proceed with a plugin conflict test if needed.

We are facing this issue on all products of the site. On homepage, shop page, products page all pages. only when we add state on checkout form page we are getting correct price. But as per our website settings, it should display the inclusive price on all pages.
Thanks for the clarification. Regarding the screenshot request for the 18% GST tax class, it looks like you’re still sharing the Standard rates setup. Please check the correct settings by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > 18% GST. You can also open it directly here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=tax§ion=18-gst.
The issue is that while you’ve assigned the 18% GST class to some products, you’ve only set up tax rates for the Standard rates. If the 18% GST class doesn’t have any rates defined, no tax will be applied to those products on the shop and product pages.
It’s also possible there’s a plugin conflict affecting how prices are displayed. I recommend running a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, then checking if the prices display correctly. If they do, re-enable the plugins one by one until you find the one causing the issue.

The standard tax rate is 18%, which is applied to the product. I have shared the relevant screenshots. Our website is experiencing issues with all types of tax classes.
I have already checked for plugin conflicts by enabling each plugin one by one. However, I was unable to test with the XStore Core plugin, as it is responsible for the design and layout of all WooCommerce pages.
Thank you for your reply and for clarifying the details. I understand this issue may be affecting all tax classes, and since it started right after adding the new taxes, it suggests there was already an underlying problem on your site that the tax addition has now exposed.
To get to the root of the problem, a full conflict test will be necessary without any third-party themes or plugins. I understand you might not want to run this test on your live site to avoid losing your design.
Please create a copy of your live site on a staging site, subdomain, or directory. Then, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce (this step is very important) and switch your theme to Storefront. Once that’s done, share the link to the staging site along with the system status report from that site so we can attempt to reproduce the issue on our end.
It also seems there are still customizations present on your staging site. For example, when I visit this product — https://dstagt.dsonmart.com/p/mila-matte-lip-crayon-lipstick-12hr-long-lasting/ — add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout, it redirects to an XStore page. This suggests that many features on the site have been altered even on the staging site, which could be affecting the normal flow and price display.
Additionally, the cart and checkout pages appear altered, as if they’re being rendered with different code or affected by a conflict or CSS override. Could you confirm what customizations you currently have on the staging site?
