604 Error message on install

    I was running a new folder with WP installed and changing the config of WP theme weaver2010 when I found myself locked out.

    I tried everything to get into my admin but always got this message

    An appropriate representation of the requested resource /***/wp-admin/ could not be found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I tried fresh install using cpanel, no good.
    I tried deleting the folder and everything inside it and the database but when recreating the folder or any other folder I got the same message.
    All my other WP installations from before are fine.

    I tried uploading WP via FTP…still not working.
    Please…anyone got any ideas?
