Issue with Custom Tracking URL Format for India Post in WooCommerce

    Hi Support Team,

    We are using the free version of the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce plugin, and we’ve noticed an issue with the India Post tracking link.

    When we select India Post as the shipping provider and enter a valid tracking number (e.g., EN537875672IN), the tracking URL generated still uses the old format:
    https://www.indiapost.gov.in/_layouts/15/dop.portal.tracking/trackconsignment.aspx

    However, India Post has updated their tracking system, and the correct working format is now:
    https://www.indiapost.gov.in/track-result/article-number/EN537875672IN

    We attempted to resync the shipping providers, but the plugin still uses the outdated URL. Could you please advise how we can update or correct this URL for the India Post provider in the current version of the plugin?

    Hi @gunadurai,

    We’ve updated the India Post tracking URL in AST’s shipping carriers list. To reflect these changes in your store, you’ll need to synchronize the shipping carriers list again.
