1st, let’s get things out of the way:

Yes, I upgraded to pro. Yes, I upgraded the most recent version.

Ok, now to the problem: When I install Elementor it automatically removes all my work from Affiliatx and there is nothing but a blank single coupon post. I only does this on my home page. I’ve tested on my other pages and it doesn’t do this. Please help.

    Thank you.

    Hello @letla,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I’m having a bit of trouble understanding the steps to replicate this issue. I’ll explain what I understand and please correct me if I’m wrong.

    • Basically you were using AffiliateX with Gutenberg Blocks in your website
    • Then you decided to install Elementor and use Elementor page builder to build your homepage
    • When you move to Elementor, all the blocks are gone from your homepage.

    Is that correct?

Correct. I have added screenshots. Both images are screenshots of my Home page.

    Hi @letla ,

When you’re using the Gutenberg (Block Editor) to design your homepage and then switch to Elementor, the content created with Gutenberg won’t carry over to Elementor. This is because Gutenberg and Elementor are separate page builders and do not share content or layouts between them.

From what I can see, you’re currently using the Coupon List block on your homepage with Gutenberg. If you switch to Elementor, you’ll need to edit the page with Elementor and then add the Coupon List element from Elementor’s widget panel. After that, you can re-enter your coupon details within the Elementor interface.

Please note that this content loss between Gutenberg and Elementor is not a bug, it’s simply how different page builders operate. Unfortunately, it’s not something we can directly resolve.

However, if you believe something else is going on or if we’ve misunderstood your issue, we’d be happy to take a closer look. In that case, please create a support ticket through our website so we can assist you further.

    Thanks!
