    I have a woocommerce website with a POS system (Multi POS) connected to it.
    The stock quantities always change on their own.

    To help us get a clearer picture, could you clarify what exactly is happening? For instance, are you saying that stock levels change after you’ve manually set a specific quantity (like 20)? Or does the quantity change after a customer adds items to their cart? Or is it when you’re using the POS system and selecting a quantity?

    Please provide more specific details about the situation so we can better understand what you’re experiencing.

    Also, along with your reply, kindly share your system status report from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, and paste it using pastebin.com or gist.github.com.
