Please could you help me better understand the relationship between content entered into the Rank Math, SEO Titles & Meta, Local SEO area and information manually entered directly (previously) into my Google Business profile on Google

I know that Google Business Profiles on Google have extra fields not mentioned in Rank Math, SEO Titles & Meta, Local SEO, but for the fields that match (are in both) …

Will entering information in Rank Math, SEO Titles & Meta, Local SEO get automatically sent by Rank Math or somehow picked up by Google, and used to replace the information that was manually entered directly (previously) into in those fields in my Google Business profile on Google?

OR … Do I need to manually update directly in my Google Business profile on Google the information I entered into Rank Math, SEO Titles & Meta, Local SEO so that the information matches in both places?

OR what is the best practice to make sure the content in both is synced/optimized?

    Many thanks in advance

    Hello @wpinthai,

Thank you so much for getting in touch.

The information you enter in Rank Math’s Local SEO settings helps optimize your website for local search but does not automatically sync with or update your Google Business Profile. This information is used throughout the Schema that is generated automatically from this module and it helps pass the correct business information to search engines.

To keep both aligned, we recommend manually updating your Google Business Profile to match the details you’ve added in Rank Math.

This ensures consistency across platforms and improves your local SEO.

Understood. Many thanks for you reply.

May I suggest this valuable information be added to the otherwise excellent Rank Math online documentation
