This seems like an integration problem between WooCommerce and Unicommerce. I assume you are using WooCommerce.
I recommended you write a new post in the WooCommerce support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0. The plugin developer and community might help with the issue.
Since Unicommerce is a third-party service, support for commercial products is outside the scope of these forums, and we cannot guarantee any support, whether from volunteers or developers.
I recommend trying to reach out to the service provider directly by raising a ticket on their support page: https://support.unicommerce.com/.
