Problem with forum?

I just made a post about a plugin. I was logged in but on the list of posts it says “Anonymous”. I tried replying to my own topic a few minutes after posting, but after typing a reply and hitting Post, I got a message saying the topic was closed. The topic does not have [closed] in front of it.
