• Hi Guys,

I have been able to import products for more than a month, however, since yesterday, when I try to import a product from Temu I get redirect to a login page…. and if I do login, then every product I try to import I get a red badge that says the product is out of stock (despite the Temu stock is plenty).

I have tried in incognito and with a VPN but no luck.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Can you share me the Temu product URL, and some screenshots of the message, or what you see that could describe the problem visually? Thank you.

    Best regards.

Hi guys, thanks for the prompt response.

Here is a detailed video where you can see what happens when I try to use the TMDS plugin to fetch products from Temu.

It is basically allowing 3 or 4 products, and then it asks to log in, if I do not log in it is no longer allowing the products pages to load, instead it will show the login screen and keep asking to log in. If I do log in however, it will then show the pop-up page but for each product it will say that it is sold out and the left site red prompt message will throw an error number of some sort.

    Hi,

I get what you mean. This happens because Temu has a security system that blocks fast, repeated product page openings. Our extension can only grab the data after the page is fully loaded. To avoid this, we recommend slowing down your clicks to import products more gradually, and it’s best to log in to Temu before importing.

    Best regards.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time and discussing this issue. I also had a clue that somehow I was blocked by Temu. I will try your suggestions and see if they work, otherwise I will have to find a way, maybe with different IP address, machine, ISP…and so on.
