Trying to add our address and contact details so they show in the cookie policy shortcode but the fields are not showing in the Wizard>Website information tab.
I’m sorry to hear that. Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the issue, ideally with the browser console open, so we can see if anything stands out? Also, does reloading the page while on the Website Information section make the settings appear? Clearing the OPcache might also help smooth out the backend.
In this case, I checked with a clean installation, and I can confirm it’s not an error. This happens because in Wizard > General > Documents > Cookie Policy, you’ve selected either “Existing Page” or “URL”, which tells the plugin that you’re not using the Complianz-generated Cookie Policy. That’s why the Website Information section is not available in full.
If you’re using our shortcode on a custom URL, you can switch the option to “Generated with Complianz”, and then you’ll be able to edit the slug without any issues in Pages.
