    Hi, by using your plugin we are getting 12 seconds of time to first byte… Any idea why is this happenening? We are using cloudflare and woodmart theme? Is there maybe a request that is being blocked or something?

    When TTFB is unusually high, it often points to something on the server side slowing things down. In some cases, it could involve external API calls, server resource load, caching setup, or even conflicts between plugins or themes.

    To get a clearer picture, we’d need a bit more information to help investigate further:

    • Does the delay happen on all pages, or only specific ones like the checkout page?
    • Are you using the Woo Stripe plugin in live or test mode?
    • Could you share a link to your site so we can test how long js.stripe.com loads
    • A screenshot of your performance result would help.
    • Are there any error logs in WooCommerce → Status → Logs (especially under Stripe-related entries)?

    In some cases, it can be caused by conflicts with other plugins or themes. We recommend testing for conflicts by disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe, and switching to a default theme like Storefront.     It’s not a server issue, I believe something is trying to connect to something, it dies and then the website continues to load.

    I have disabled the plugin to not have this issue and I will create a staging website for you to check out asap.
