Arthemia Theme Author Credit

Hi,
As you can see on:

Right now, none of the posts show/give credit to the author who wrote it. How can I get it to display the author of the post both on the index page (for headline, featured and all other posts) and on the post page itself? What code would I need to add in index.php and post.php?
