    Offline donation is enabled but the system reports that it is not. No email is sent for the Offline Donation Instructions:

    • Offline Donation Gateway is flagged as “Enabled” and “Default”
    • Tools -> System Info : shows an X for New Offline Donation, Offline Donation Instructions and Email access (which is enabled too)

    WP Version: 6.8.1 – PHP Version: 8.2.28 – MySQL Version: 8.0.36 – GiveWP Plugin Version: 4.4.0

    Hello @d2box ,

    Glad you reached out, happy to help.

    Make sure you have the Offline Donation Gateway enabled for the donation form you are using, meaning, if you are using an Option-Based Form, go to GiveWP > Settings > Payment Gateways and click on the Option-Based Form Editor tab and enabled the Offline Donation Gateway there as well:

    If you do not see the additional tab, navigate to GiveWP > Settings > Advanced – Advanced Options, and click to enable Option-Based Form Editor as shown here:
