URL doesn’t work when active (Ninja Forms)

    Hello there,

    This is a great plugin, but URLs don’t work anymore, in conjunction with your plugin.

    I set up a form (Ninja Forms) to use with the plugin and it works perfectly on the front-end. But when I use an URL, instead of an email, in the “Application email/URL” field, the button isn’t displayed.

    Please, tell me if you need more information to investigate.
