I’ve installed this plugin and followed the instructions for installing the plugin but have no shipping options at checkout. I’d like to ship via USPS.

Shipping settings read “Shipping zones, Shipping Settings, Classes, Local Pickup, and WooCommerce Shipping. The “Shipping Zone” setting reads – “United States (US)United States (US) – No shipping methods offered to this zone.” The only thing I can get to work is “Local Pickup” which shows up in the cart, but nothing else. Where is the problem?

    Hi @mrice4wirrcom,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Just to confirm, are you trying to:

    1. Show USPS shipping rates at checkout, so customers can select one before placing the order?
    2. Or just use WooCommerce Shipping to print USPS labels after an order is placed?

Asking because WooCommerce Shipping (which shows up under your shipping settings) is mainly for purchasing and printing USPS labels, it doesn’t automatically show USPS rates at checkout.

If your goal is to display USPS options during checkout, you’ll need to install a USPS live rates plugin, such as:

Let us know which of these applies to your setup. Once we know what you’re aiming to do, we’ll help you get it working. Happy to guide you through setup too!

Thanks for your response. I thought I responded to you but don’t see it here, so I’ll say that I added the Shipping Live Rates for USPS for WooCommerce, got an account with USPS, and installed the API for USPS Live Rates. My Woo settings Shipping Zone shows USPS Live Rates as the shipping method. Rest API installation Status shows a green OK, and WooCommerce Shipping looks fine, but no live rates show in my cart or checkout. Instead, it says “No delivery options available for 53119, Eagle, Wisconsin, United States (US) “, which is my home address and zip code. Where am I going wrong?

    Hi @mrice4wirrcom,

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I completely understand how this can be confusing and how urgently you need a solution.

Since the issue appears to be related to another plugin, the best course of action would be to reach out to the plugin’s support team directly. You can create a support topic here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/flexible-shipping-usps/ to get assistance from their team.

If you have any other questions or need further help on anything else, feel free to let me know!

Plugins were not the problem. After hours of trial and error, I finally managed to get the shipping to work by finding that I needed to edit the USPS Live rates in Shipping zones. Once I discovered that, I was able to access the Method Settings. I filled in the information there, and now the option “USPS Ground Advantage” shows in the cart with pricing.

I still have one problem though. Even though my Method Types include Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, First Class Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage, the only option that shows in the cart is USPS Ground Advantage. How can I get the other options to show?

    Hi @mrice4wirrcom,

I’m glad to hear you were able to fix it by adjusting the settings. However, as mentioned earlier, the WooCommerce Shipping plugin is specifically for generating labels. Since your request involves a third-party plugin, it’s best to reach out directly to their support team.

You can do so via their support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/flexible-shipping-usps/. That’s the right place to ask any questions you have about how the plugin works or how to set things up.
