EventPrime Duplicate Image Problem

    Hello,


    Is there a way to stop EventPrime showing a duplicate featured image every time an event is uploaded? Here’s an image of what is happening, I would just like one image to show, preferably the second one

    To assist you further, could you please share the URL of the specific event page where this issue is occurring?

    Additionally, we recommend temporarily deactivating any other plugins except EventPrime to rule out any potential conflicts that might be causing this duplication.

    Hello, I cannot share the URL as the website is not allowed to be live yet on behalf of the client but here is a screenshot of where the duplication occurs

    We have checked above and found that the URL of the screenshot is not working. If the issue persists, could you please reshare the URL?
