    HI

Woo Test Gateway has appeared as active in my install. I can’t disable it although payments in my worldpay plugin are live.

    Is this normal?

  • Hi Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out!

To better understand what you’re seeing, could you please share a screenshot of the Woo Test Gateway showing as active on your site? You can find it under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments.

That’ll help us figure out what’s going on and guide you accordingly. Looking forward to your update!

    Hi @15degrees,

Thanks for the quick follow-up! I understand how puzzling it can be to see a test gateway active without an option to disable it.

Since the forum is a bit picky about image uploads and alt tags, you can instead upload your screenshot to a site like https://snipboard.io/ or https://imgur.com/ and share the link with us here.

Once we see the exact view you’re dealing with, we’ll be able to dig deeper and help you get this resolved.

    Hi @15degrees,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, that really helps us see exactly what you’re dealing with.

This is definitely unusual, as WooCommerce doesn’t include a “Test Gateway” as a default option. It could be coming from a custom plugin, theme integration, or a leftover from a previous testing setup.

To help dig deeper, could you please share your System Status Report from WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support? You can paste it using https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com and share the link here.

Once we have that, we’ll be in a better position to figure out where that gateway is coming from and how to disable it.

    Looking forward to your update!

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the system status report.

I tried to access the link you shared, but I received a message saying:
“This page is no longer available. It has either expired or been removed by its creator.”

Could you please share the system status report again?

In the meantime, I recommend running a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and checking if the test gateway still appears.

If you’d prefer not to do this on your live site, you can use the following plugin to create a staging site where you can safely run the conflict test:

Let me know how it goes!

    Hiya

I figured it out with your help. It’s Funnel Kit Builder that is adding it in. It went away when I deactivated that plugin.

    Cheers

    Hi @15degrees,

Thanks for the update, and I’m glad to hear you tracked it down! It’s great that deactivating the FunnelKit Builder plugin helped identify the source of the Test Gateway.

Since it’s tied to that plugin, I’d recommend reaching out to the FunnelKit support team to see if they have an option to disable the gateway within their settings or confirm if it’s required for any of their features.

If WooCommerce has been useful for your store and you appreciate the support you’ve received, we’d truly appreciate it if you could leave us a quick 5-star review here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post

Wishing you all the best with your setup!
