Easiest, Cheapest Method – PSD Template to WordPress?

Hello Everyone,

I’ve just started working on my new blog that’s going to run off of wordpress. I barely know html, and I don’t know php at all. I’ve created a mock up of what I want my blog to look like, and I was wondering what the easiest and cheapest ways of getting it there would be.

I left the side bar blank for now, but I’m planning on filling that with a featured post widget and advertisements.

Should I look into buying a premium framework? I’ve looked around but I’m not sure which framework would best suit my needs. I have a deadline of May 2011 so I suppose I could go the hard way and actually learn how to code. However, I’d much rather spend a couple hundred bucks and not have to struggle with all of that.
