    Hello,

I have problems with updating product prices and costs. Sometimes I have to try several times before the price is updated.

  • Hi @ruba1956,

Welcome to the WooCommerce forum, and thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it must be to run into trouble when trying to update product prices and costs, especially when it takes several attempts before the changes go through. Let’s look into this together.

Just to clarify, when did you first start noticing this issue? Was it after a recent update to WooCommerce, your theme, or any plugin? Or is this a new store setup where this has been happening from the start?

To help us get a clearer picture of what might be going on, could you please share your System Status Report? You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status → Get system report, then click Copy for support and paste it into https://pastebin.com, then share the link here.

Once we have that, we’ll be able to take a closer look and guide you further. Looking forward to your update!

    Hi @ruba1956,

Thank you for sharing your System Status Report! I’ve taken a look, and while nothing major stands out at first glance, I did notice that you have quite a number of plugins active. It’s possible that one of them may be conflicting with WooCommerce, especially if the issue began after a recent update.

To help identify the root cause, I recommend running a plugin conflict test. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Create a full site backup (just to be safe).
    2. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Try updating the price or cost of a product and see if the issue persists.
    4. If it works correctly with only WooCommerce active, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing the price update after each reactivation.
    5. When the issue returns, you’ll know which plugin is causing the conflict.

You can also perform this test safely on a staging site using a plugin like WP Staging, so your live site remains unaffected during testing.

Let me know what you find after the conflict test. I’ll be happy to help you take the next steps based on your results. Let’s see how it goes!

    Hi

    @lovingbro

The Litespeed Cache 7.2 plugin is causing this issue.

When it is off I have no problems.

    Hi there!

Thanks for the update, and great job narrowing it down.

Since the issue disappears when the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is disabled, it’s likely related to the plugin’s configuration. I recommend reaching out to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin support team — they should be able to help you adjust the settings so it works properly without conflicting with your site’s functionality.

We’d truly appreciate it if you could share your positive experience with others by leaving a 5-star review on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post
