Hello @fabwintle,
First try going to GeoDirectory > Status > Tools > Clear version numbers
Run that and then try again, that runs the install functions again, incase something went wrong there.
Let me know if it works or not, we can assist further if needed.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Thanks Stiofan, I have run thie Clear version numbers. Unfortunately, the problem remains so I welcome more assistance.
Something odd I have noticed: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/43zdjw50t4m1ysgosj4j6/Screenshot-2025-06-26-at-7.23.46-pm.jpg?rlkey=20zh21fmahv9q6jokg1e4wq5z&dl=0 compared to when editing the listing: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/g2jemmsdlyh2cp6gtwb1u/Screenshot-2025-06-26-at-7.24.35-pm.jpg?rlkey=b0wwzxxlakmvt4pedaok8dpdb&dl=0
I have cleared WP Rocket cache (deactivated), deacitvated object cache and cleared CF cache and set it in dev mode.

That is strange, best open a ticket here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/ and i can assign a developer to assist you further.

Value for several custom fields were not getting saved and here is how I fixed the issue:
1. I removed “AyeCode Connect” plugin
2. Enabled “Remove Data on Uninstall?” from GeoDirectory -> Settings -> Uninstall
3. Later Uninstalled GeoDirectory plugin.
4. Then clean install GeoDirectory plugin and make sure to not choose “AyeCode Connect”, “Ninja Forms”, and “UsersWP” from setup wizard.
5. Create 5 places with default setting and it all started working.
