      Hi,
      yesterday I changed the checkout of the old type to the new block checkout. Since then, several intermittent problems have appeared:

      • some customers (not all) are blocked with a message that they need to agree to the terms and conditions, even though they have checked the checkbox.
      • Several orders are missing a phone number, even though the field is required.
      • One order appeared in which the phone field contained underscore characters before the digits: “_______XXXXXXXXX”

      I checked in incognito mode both fields (consent to terms and conditions and phone field) – I am not able to repeat these errors.

      To help narrow this down, could you please check the following:

      • Caching: Make sure your checkout page is excluded from any caching (browser, server-side, or via plugins).
      • Autofill: Some users’ browsers might autofill fields in unexpected ways. The phone number with underscores could be a placeholder left by an autofill script.
      • Plugin conflict: Try temporarily disabling custom checkout-related plugins or scripts to see if the issue persists.

      Also, could you confirm whether you’re using any custom code or third-party plugins that modify checkout fields?
