Several problems after introduction of block checkout

Hi,
yesterday I changed the checkout of the old type to the new block checkout. Since then, several intermittent problems have appeared:- some customers (not all) are blocked with a message that they need to agree to the terms and conditions, even though they have checked the checkbox.
- Several orders are missing a phone number, even though the field is required.
- One order appeared in which the phone field contained underscore characters before the digits: “_______XXXXXXXXX”
I checked in incognito mode both fields (consent to terms and conditions and phone field) – I am not able to repeat these errors.
