RSS feeds

Greetings….I have had a number of visitors ask questions about getting a RSS feed to their PC from my site but I have no clue what to tell them. I tried to find some info in the Forum but could not…..or rather, I didn’t understand what they were talk’n about!!!

How would I explain to a visitor (www.anaturalway.org) the way they should go about getting the RSS feed from my site to them?
