    Hi,

I’ve been using your plugin (Pro version) on my website for over two years without any issues. However, recently it started causing a serious problem. When the plugin is active, it consumes all the CPU resources of my site and triggers a 503 error with the message “the site is consuming all the services.”

I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps:

    • Uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin manually
    • Switched to a default theme
    • Rolled back the PHP version
    • Cleared cache and disabled other plugins

Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue.

I really don’t want to switch to another plugin, as I find yours to be the most complete and useful filtering solution available. However, I’ve exhausted all the options I can think of, and I need help figuring out what’s causing this and how to fix it.

Hello there, could you please share error logs like php errors?

    Hey!

The thing is that it doesn’t show me any log errors. I noticed it because every time I have the plugin activated, the CPU usage increases to 80-90%. When I deactivate it, the CPU usage returns to a normal level.
I’ve tried reinstalling and activating it again to show you the issue, but it definitely still doesn’t display any logs. I tried to reinstall the plug in manually a few times and keeps showing me 503 error.
Do you have any recommendations on what I can do?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it seems like the query is not related to our Free version. Have you tried it using only the Free version activated?
