    Hi,

    When trying to connect this plugin for the first time I’m getting the below issue after completing the Facebook guide/questions: https://ibb.co/7xHgxJDc

    I am on the Woocommerce 9.9.3, WordPress 6.8.1, Facebook for WooCommerce 2.0.3. Using Chrome on Windows.

    The Facebook questions complete successfully saying it is now ready for use, I click done and get the error attached. I have disabled WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage.

    Are you able to please assist?

    Was your site previously connected to a page?

    Please try the following:

    • Temporarily disable all cache plugins and ad-blockers, and clear the cache
    • Delete, then install the plugin again
    • Go to your-site/wp-admin/options.php
    • Search for wc_facebook_external_business_id, and change it to a random value (it can be anything except for 0)
    • Re-install and re-connect the plugin

    Please let us know if you are now able to connect to the page.

    Hi @missmollymakes – just wanted to follow up and check if you’re still having issues with the plugin?

    If so, try temporarily disabling all cache plugins and ad-blockers, clear the cache, and then re-install the plugin. Then, change the wc_facebook_external_business_id value from your options page and re-connect to your page.
