    Hello,
I am currently re-designing a website using Elementor on a private platform.

I activated your Header and Footer module, however, after selecting the “Header Footer” option under Elementskit on the wordpress dashboard, I am left with a grey page without any content.

I followed previous instructions that were provided to other users including:

    • Making sure that I’m using the latest versions of Elementor and ElementsKit.
    • Disabling all plugins except Elementor to locate any conflicts, as well as disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin (BlueHost) for some time.
    • Clearing all the cache from my website, including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare).
    • Regenerating CSS and Synced my Elementor libraries through Elementor > Tools.
    • Trying a different permalink structure through Settings.

    Nothing is working. Any thoughts?

  • Hi @eikogel,
Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

I can’t see the screenshot you shared. Ensure that the ElementsKit Items are checked under the Elementor > Settings > Post Type [screenshot].

You may also try switching your theme to a default theme like ‘Hello Elementor’. If the issue persists, reinstall the ElementsKit plugin and complete the onboarding steps. I hope this helps.

    Regards
    Arif
