Issue with the popup during page loading

Hello Sabri,

First of all Thank you very much to make this plugin its really very very good but there is a main issue please look into this.

I encounter some issue with this plugin which is dealy on popup loadin at the page load see,

when i go to an page then the 1st pop up appear after around 40 second later and then it will continue the default time that i set on admin area

Delay Time Between 2 Notifications : 6 Sec
Notification Display Time: 5 Sec

This two i have set this times as i mention.

So, whenever i click or go to a new page on my website the 1st pop up start after around 40 second later and then it continue that above timeframe delay.

so my quexton is how do i fix this issue i want after page laod the pop up start in 5 second or whatver i can chose this as well when on new page the pop start working after 5 second
