    Hi I’m actually testing BAYNA and everything seems to be ok but the DEPOSIT PAID email doesn’t work. It doesn’t display and it can’t be sent. The other 3 out of 4 emails are ok…tried to copy the template into the Theme but no help from such action (Per sovrascrivere e modificare questo template delle email copia deposits-for-woocommerce/templates/emails/customer-deposit-paid.php nella cartella del tuo tema: hello-theme-child-master/woocommerce/emails/customer-deposit-paid.php.)Tried to disinstall/cancel the plugin and the reinstall/reactivate it but also this didn’t work. On displaying I got this message “An error occurred while previewing the email. This does not affect the actual delivery of the email. Contact the extension author for assistance.” Trying to test-send it, I got “An error occurred while rendering the email preview.” (Both messages are translated from italian). Plug in version 1.3.5.1, WooCommerce 9.9.3, WordPress 6.8.1 (It). Any suggestion? Thank you Andrea

    Thank you for testing our plugin. I’ve just checked the “Deposit Paid” email on my local development server, and it is sending emails correctly when a deposit is paid.

    Currently, the email preview feature does not work for deposit emails, but the actual emails should still be sent as expected. If you need any assistance with deposit emails, please feel free to contact us at support@codeixer.com

    you’re right, mail is sent in real life-and is ok- even if it can’t be previewed of tested. Thank you for your quick answer
